Sweep the concrete to make the area you’ll be working on clean before trying to remove paint from it. Scrape off any thick paint globs that are protruding from the concrete using a paint scraper. Then, put on a dust mask, gloves, and protective eyewear. Using a cheap paintbrush, apply a thick layer of paint stripper over the paint. When working, make sure the area is well-ventilated and stay away from the paint stripper. Wait several hours for the paint stripper to cure.
