Annual certification from the hunter’s doctor or optometrist is necessary; however, if the doctor or optometrist stated on the initial application that the hunter has a permanent disability, the hunter will be able to renew the permit by presenting a copy of their previously issued Visually Disabled Muzzleloader Scope Permit.
