Fruits your lovebird can safely eat
Vitamins are abundant in fruits and are beneficial for your lovebird. But, it also has a lot of sugar, which can be harmful to your bird’s health if consumed in excess. For this reason, I advise giving fruit to your bird sparingly.
Remove any seeds or pits before distributing fruit as they may be toxic. This is particularly true for nectarine, apples, pears, cranberries, peaches, plums, mango, cherries, and hawthorn berries.
Give some fruits in moderation as they contain high levels of acidity. This will be mentioned in the list.

Feed your lovebird once a day, one tablespoon of pellet food. Look for premium pellets designed for lovebirds that don’t contain any additives or preservatives. While 70% of your bird’s diet should consist of pellets, you should also feed it 30% of fruits and vegetables, like broccoli, bananas, apples, and carrots, as these foods contain the nutrients your bird needs. Give your lovebird small nuts as a treat in addition to its regular diet, such as acorns, hazelnuts, and brazil nuts. Safe vegetables a lovebird can eat
Like fruit, vegetables are a great source of nutrition and contain vitamins, but they also have less or no sugar, so they’re a great food to give your sweetie.
There are certain vegetables that must be cooked before giving them to your sweetie. Others can be given cooked or raw. If your bird doesnt like raw vegetables, try cooking it. Ensure that it has sufficiently cooled before providing your bird with food.
